“I Was Going to Kill Everybody, Including Myself”

Wow. I didn’t realize Chris Cuomo took his firing from CNN so hard. I mean, I get it – he went from “semi popular” to “not popular” thanks to his own idiotic behavior, but he really lost it mentally, and had to go into therapy. People have joked that Cuomo has “roid rage,” but maybe those jokes have some truth to them. Cuomo appeared  on Anthony Scaramucci’s podcast and things got pretty weird. Chris said eventually he had to accept being fired by CNN “because I was going to kill everybody, including myself. Things can consume you.”

Yikes.

That would have been quite a news story if it unfolded in that tragic way…

As you recall, Cuomo was fired from CNN at the end of 2021 for advising and collaborating with his disgraced brother, Andrew Cuomo, over how to handle a sexual misconduct scandal.

Chris claims that his brother’s fall from grace happened for “a lot of reasons,” but said that no matter what, he will never regret helping his family.

However, he did actually admit that he’s made his fair share of mistakes, and that’s what led him to get into therapy.

Well, that’s certainly better than killing everyone at CNN and then yourself…so bravo to him for that.

“There is damage that is relatable, there is damage that is unrelatable to people that I have to deal with, that I am working on,” he said during the podcast.

Cuomo is now on NewsNation, but it’s not going exactly how he thought it would.

He told Scaramucci that he’s “embarrassed” by the tanking viewership numbers on his new show.

His goal was to appeal to moderates but that is not happening and they aren’t tuning in…

I mean, in all fairness, one of Chris’s biggest mistakes was being a partisan hack on CNN. He’s defined himself as a TDS lunatic, and now, suddenly trying to appear “sensible and fair” is going to seem fake and phony, which it is.

Chris blew his gig at CNN because he thought he was untouchable, and he found out the hard way, that he isn’t… and now, he’s being humbled, and he may not realize it, but that’s actually a good thing.
