Twitter CEO Elon Musk was spotted hanging out with Fox News CEO Rupert Murdoch during the Super Bowl and the left completely lost its mind. The Kansas City Chiefs beat Philadelphia Eagles in a thriller to win Super Bowl LVII that came down to the final seconds.
At one point during the game Musk was spotted sitting next to Murdoch, Murdoch’s daughter Elisabeth and Murdoch’s girlfriend Ann-Lesley Smith in a box at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. The left was not happy.
“Elon Musk sitting next to Rupert Murdoch at the Super Bowl. Right-wing billionaire media moguls gotta stick together, I guess. But remember that image next time you hear Musk pretending to be anti-elitist or anti-Establishment or anti the media, or some kind of populist. Lol,” said MSNBC’s Mehdi Hasan.
“It’s a shame that Lex Luther had to miss the game with his friends,” said Elie Mystal.
“The Man truly gravitates the grossest people at the function,” said Nikki McCann Ramírez.

“Elon Musk is at the Super Bowl with Rupert Murdoch. Two non-American right wing billionaires who use their money and power to help fascists win elections,” said Dash Dobrofsky.
Commentator Lindy Li said:
“Elon Musk was hanging out with Jared Kushner and the Saudis at the World Cup.
“Last week he was hanging out with Kevin McCarthy.
“Now he’s hanging out with Merchant of Death Rupert Murdoch at the Super Bowl.
“Tell me who you’re in bed with and I will tell you who you are.”
AOC said, ‘Birds of a feather flock together.”
But the most hysterical reaction was from CNN’s Don Lemon who said it was frightening to see Musk and Murdoch together.
COLLINS: “Were you that surprised, though, to see them sitting next to each other? I really — I don’t think I was that surprised.”
SMITH: “Not at all.”
COLLINS: “It stood out, but it wasn’t like, ‘Oh, wow.’
SMITH: “No, it seems like the most predictable thing in the world.”
LEMON: “I was kind of surprised that they actually like, wow, they actually did it. Because it’s a little frightening, I must say.”
Elon Musk had a one-word answer to the whiners. When asked what he was talking about with the Fox News billionaire Musk said, ‘Dogecoin,’ a meme cryptocurrency that is a running joke in tech circles.
