Roseanne Barr told Fox News star Tucker Carlson she came back to scorn power, especially during Joe Biden’s presidency. She said the left has no sense of humor and she will be offensive in her new comedy special ‘Roseanne Barr: Cancel This!’ airing Monday, February 13th.
She said: “Well, it’s kind of a return to standup after many years. And they offered me, you know, to come and do a standup special. And it was in response to being, you know, fired. And they came to my defense and I was like, well, I thought about it and I was like, ‘Yeah, I need to have my say.’
Barr said she was “blackballed” and “totally canceled” from even responding to what had happened to her after she made a joke about Valerie Jarret. Barr said standup is a “great place” to fight back against cancel culture and tell the truth about what happened.
She said her standup special will allow her to “discuss cancel culture itself and how horrible it is.”
“A great, great way to, you know, scorn power, too, especially during Biden’s presidency. I love laughing …to scorn because it deserves to be laughed, to scorn.
“And my jokes are so great. They’re the most offensive
“And I’m so happy because you’ve got to be more offensive when the culture is so offensive that it makes absolutely no sense.
It’s anti-life, anti-human, anti-culture, anti-citizen.
“You’ve got to be so offensive to offend the most offensive thing that is on earth right now.
“And I think I’ve done it.
“We’re going to be more offensive than we’ve ever been before.”
In a promo clip, Roseanne said:
“People have no concept of reality, they’ve been living in a bubble forever, asking questions that have nothing to do with the real world. ‘What is my gender, mom?’ What is my gender? Your gender is, get a job! That’s your gender.
“What are they thinking? ‘What is a woman?’ They don’t know that.
“That one they’re asking all the time. What is a woman? I’ll tell you what a woman is: a woman is me. A woman is someone who cleans up everybody else’s sh*t.
“That’s what a woman is.
“A woman is somebody whose boobs hang down to her knees with a prolapsed uterus from giving birth to five ungrateful little privilege **** who never have to work for anything in their whole damn lives.
“My pronouns are kiss my a**.
“Privilege is what ruins lives when you start thinking, you know, that the world needs to be pretty for you. Well, it don’t, right?
“Just because you’ve got a degree in gender studies that don’t mean sh*t.
“You’re not going to get a job no place. You can’t even get a job at Ho Ho’s Donuts.
