Well, they finally released the Pelosi “Hammer attack” bodycam footage and it probably won’t surprise you to hear that not everyone is buying the “official story.” Now, I don’t really want to get into any deep conspiracy theories here, and I will remind everyone that that the suspect, David DePape is on trial right now – the speediest trial known to mankind, I might add – and police confirm that Pelosi was attacked with a hammer by a stranger who entered his house because he wanted to confront his wife, Nancy Pelosi.
That’s the official story.
NBC News reported that police body camera footage from last year’s vicious hammer attack on then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband at their San Francisco home was made public Friday.
The video, first obtained by NBC News affiliate KNTV, shows police approaching Pelosi’s home and then the door being opened with Pelosi standing next to the suspect in the case, David DePape. Both men are holding onto a hammer.
Asked what’s going on, DePape says, “Everything’s good.”
Here is the bodycam footage, video of the DePape breaking the outside window, and Paul Pelosi’s 911 call.

But many people who watched this footage think something feels “off” about it.
One of those people is former police officer and conservative pundit Jon Cardillo, who tweeted this out:
“I don’t care. That’s no home invasion. Something is off about the whole thing.”

And then there’s the “lovers quarrel” theory going around: “DePape & Pelosi break up. DePape gets locked out of Paul’s life & house, so he comes back pissed & hammered his way inside to talk to Paul. Pelosi freaks out & calls the cops on his ex-lover. DePape is now even more angry & attacks Paul. It’s a classic lover’s quarrel.”

And Antonio Sabato Jr. thinks Paul is a “drunk swinger.”
“Paul Pelosi is an alcoholic, and a swinger too. Can’t make this up.”

Also, there’s a screenshot floating around of Paul, in his undies, with a drink in his hand…Would you grab yourself a drink if a stranger had just broke into your home? Some think this look a bit odd…
Here’s more of what people are saying online:
“The gay lover is prying the hammer from Paul Pelosi‘s hand before swinging. So there’s a lot more questions here…”
“The Paul Pelosi police bodycam video shows him with a drink in his hand and his pants off during the attack. Seems pretty obvious that Paul was cheating on Nancy Pelosi with his gay lover.”
“Paul Pelosi’s midnight lover is going to end up in jail forever to keep that story covered up. They tried blaming and going after MAGA if you can remember…had people not blown so many holes in the story they’d be in the middle of a witch hunt for us.”
“Yeah, that’s definitely Paul Pelosi’s gay lover. No need to lie about it. The body cam footage pretty much confirms this.”
Well, whatever the case may be, there’s no doubt Mr. DePape was upset, and he could have killed Paul Pelosi, so all politics aside, we’re happy that Mr. Pelosi is okay, but I have a feeling the questions surrounding this case will last for years and years.
