New Mexico prosecutors will announce today if Alec Baldwin will be held criminally liable for shooting and killing 44-year-old mother Halyna Hutchins during the filming of his low-budget, cruddy western movie called “Rust.” The news is supposed to come down this morning at around 9am Mountain Time. Right now the rumor mill is working overtime will all sorts of “insiders” claiming Baldwin will be charged. But people like Greg Kelly from Newsmax, is hesitant to think a beloved anti-Trumper could go down that hard…
Dangerous madman Alec Baldwin KILLED A WOMAN, SHOT HER DEAD a year ago, and the FAKE NEWS is already back to writing FLATTERING, silly DUMBO articles on him and that CRAZY fake Spaniard WIFE “Hilaria” -(FAKE NAME). MAYBE Being a liberal and anti-Trump has its PRIVILEGES. pic.twitter.com/o2CfylsPc0

The New York Post reported that prosecutors will reveal Thursday whether they intend to bring charges in the fatal shooting on the set of Alec Baldwin’s “Rust” that left a cinematographer dead.
The announcement on potential criminal charges will come from New Mexico First Judicial District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies and special prosecutor Andrea Reeb in a written statement shared at 9 a.m. mountain standard time.
Baldwin shot and killed 42-year-old Halyna Hutchins during the setup for a scene in the western movie at a Santa Fe ranch in October 2021. The Oscar-nominated actor pointed a pistol at Hutchins when the weapon went off, killing her and wounding director Joel Souza.
“Regardless of the District Attorney’s decision, the announcement will be a solemn occasion, made in a manner keeping with the office’s commitment to upholding the integrity of the judicial process and respecting the victim’s family,” said Heather Brewer, a spokesperson for the office.
Baldwin has maintained the gun went off by accident and he didn’t pull the trigger. But an FBI forensic report from last year found that the gun couldn’t have gone off unless the trigger was pulled.
The Hollywood star was rehearsing a cross-draw when the weapon went off.
New Mexico’s Office of the Medical Investigator ruled the shooting was an accident after an autopsy was conducted and a review of the law enforcement reports.
Prosecutors received investigative findings from the Santa Fe Sheriff’s Office in October 2022, including interviews and forensic analysis of physical evidence by the FBI, a sheriff’s spokesperson said.

I thought these two tweets were really powerful:
Michael Bay allegedly had a pigeon accidentally killed on one of his film sets. He is being charged. Alec Baldwin literally and recklessly shot a human being to death on his film set, and no charges have been brought. Let that sink in.

Weekly reminder that Alec Baldwin has killed more people than all Trump supporters combined did on January 6th at the Capitol.
There are millions of Americans that have been brainwashed to the point that they still don’t know/acknowledge this…

I don’t know, call me cynical, but I just don’t believe in “justice” anymore when it come to political elites. I think they can literally get away with murder, but I guess we’ll see… We’ll know soon enough.
