Twitter CEO Elon Musk dropped the hammer on Hillary Clinton’s campaign’s law firm accusing Perkins Coie of attempting to corrupt a presidential election. Perkins Coie was at the center of spreading the Russia hoax from Fusion GPS to the national security state.
Filmmaker Amanda Milius said: “There’s a lot more to full transparency just re Russiagate than getting rid of Baker but it’s a big step. See vids & you’ll understand why it’s not being posted by Kash on Twitter. If Perkins Coie is @elonmusk Twitter’s outside counsel this isn’t remotely enough.”
Musk said: “Twitter isn’t using Perkins Coie. No company should use them until they make amends for Sussman’s attempt to corrupt a Presidential election.”
According to Breitbart: “Sussmann, who was then also at Perkins Coie, gave the FBI data that purported to show a link between Trump and Russia via Alfa Bank. The link was false.”

According to CNBC:
“In closing arguments Friday, Assistant U.S. Attorney Jonathan Algor told jurors that Sussmann “used his privilege as a high-powered Washington lawyer, as a former DOJ prosecutor, and as a friend … to bypass normal channels and to expedite a meeting with the FBI’s [now former] general counsel,” James Baker.
“Sussmann, a cybersecurity lawyer, provided Baker with obscure internet data indicating a possible communications channel between computer servers associated with the Trump Organization and Alfa Bank, Russia’s largest commercial financial institution. The FBI later determined Sussmann’s concerns were unfounded.”
From Law.com:
Marc Elias, a high-powered Democratic lawyer, took the stand Wednesday in the trial of his former law firm partner Michael Sussmann.
Elias was questioned about this work with the Clinton campaign in 2016 and his hiring of the investigative firm Fusion GPS.
Elias revealed that he did not view Sussmann’s 2016 meeting with the FBI as a positive for the Clinton campaign.
Influential Democratic lawyer Marc Elias detailed Perkins Coie’s work on behalf of the 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign as he took the stand Wednesday in the case against his former law firm colleague Michael Sussmann.
Elias testified about Perkins Coie’s billing practices and its flat-fee arrangement with the Clinton campaign as part of the prosecution’s effort to tie Sussmann’s work promoting alleged ties between then-candidate Donald Trump and Russia to the Clinton campaign.
Never leave a marine behind. Never.
