Employees Revolt Against Woke Starbucks, More Than 1000 Workers Go On Strike At Over 100 Stores

Starbucks workers at over 100 stores are going on strike for Red Cup Day, one of its busiest days of the year, “in response to Starbucks’ union-busting tactics and refusal to bargain,” the union says.

The woke protesters are calling the strike against the woke company the “Red Cup Rebellion.” “This is the biggest coordinated national action taken by union Starbucks stores in the campaign’s history,” the union said.

Tyler Keeling, a union supporter from a Starbucks in California said: “From short staffing and labor cuts to Starbucks and their representatives barging out from bargaining sessions, we’re demanding that Starbucks act in good faith like they claim, and cease their anti-union campaign against us workers.

“We’ve chosen to strike today, on Red Cup Day, intentionally.

I’m proud to stand with Starbucks workers on strike today across the country. CEO Howard Schultz is illegally union busting and firing workers for organizing. Mr. Schultz, it is time to recognize the stores that unionized and negotiate with workers in good faith. #RedCupRebellion

“We want everyone, including Starbucks, to know that we know our rights and are acting within the law, and we want the contract that we are legally entitled to. 

“We’re ready to bargain when they are.”

Barista Josie Serrano said:

“It’s honestly one of those days that a lot of baristas try to ask for off because it’s always always a very insane day.

“I feel like the movement has been very fun. 

“It’s been very positive. 

“And we just really want to be able to share that with our supporters like this is this is a party.”

“In those locations where partners choose to participate, we respect their right to engage in lawful protest activity — though our focus has been, and continues to be, on uplifting the Starbucks experience for our partners and customers,” said Andrew Trull, the senior manager of corporate communications for Starbucks.
