The pastor of a prominent Texas mega-church issued an apology after a video of his members screaming “Let’s go, Brandon” went viral and prompted widespread condemnation.
Before I go further, let’s remember all the many things leftists did to President Donald Trump and the many videos, short films, attacks, and riots that formed because they created in hateful and bad taste to destroy his fight to make America great. Now these same leftists are angry over a bipartisan chant against Joe Biden and his already failed administration. Go figure.
The event occurred during a conference in San Antonio, Texas, for the “ReAwaken America” tour, which was sponsored by former President Donald Trump’s associates, including former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn and My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell.
In the footage, hundreds of people can be seen cheering and yelling “Let’s go, Brandon!” while someone from the stage directs them through the chanting. Conservatives have used the term as a disguised means of swearing against Vice President Joe Biden in recent years.

As a result of the event, Cornerstone Church’s Pastor Matt Hagee made a statement in which he expressed regret and distanced the church from the event’s sponsors.
“I gave permission for an outside group to have an event at Cornerstone Church last week, and I was there. Unfortunately, the organization was not thoroughly verified before being accepted. It was inappropriate to allow this event to take place at our place of worship. This group is not affiliated with the Church, and the Church does not support their viewpoints “Hagee shared his thoughts.
In addition, Hagee said, “I was requested to greet the gathering, where I praised veterans for their service and commended the audience for their devotion to their religion.” “I truly regret and beg forgiveness for what transpired in the Cornerstone sanctuary as a consequence of my failure to exercise due diligence.”
The Reverend John Hagee has previously lobbied for religious exemptions from the COVID-19 vaccination for churchgoers, arguing that “our religious liberty is something that is under threat in the United States today.”
During a flight announcement last month, a Southwest Airlines pilot allegedly remarked, “Let’s Go, Brandon,” according to reports. According to the airline, the event is now under investigation. When one of the most popular video game streamers of all time utilized the cry on his channel, it looked that the slogan had expanded beyond the conservative media’s borders.
