Piers Morgan has quit his job as host of one of Britain’s top-rated shows.
Piers Morgan has left his role as a presenter on Good Morning Britain, ITV has announced.
The announcement comes after broadcasting regulator Ofcom launched an investigation after it received more than 41,000 complaints regarding comment made by the presenter following Harry and Meghan’s interview with Oprah Winfrey.
In a statement, the broadcaster said: “Following discussions with ITV, Piers Morgan has decided now is the time to leave Good Morning Britain.
“ITV has accepted this decision and has nothing further to add.”
The Duchess of Sussex opened up about her suicidal thoughts during her time in the Royal Family in a deeply personal and explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey. Meghan said she got to the stage where she “just didn’t want to be alive anymore.”
After the clip aired, Morgan said during Monday’s programme: “I’m sorry, I don’t believe a word she says.
Apparently, the TV station received some 40K complaints about Piers’s attacks on Meghan.
CNN’s Jake Tapper reported on the complaint calls, acting as if it’s “insane” when people don’t have “First Amendment” rights…as if this clown who spreads propaganda and fake news cares about freedom of speech.

Things got very heated on the “Good Morning Britain” show where Piers Morgan is the co-host.

It’s no secret that Piers Morgan doesn’t like Meghan Markle. He’s been rallying against her for eons now.

And his latest rant came after Meghan and Harry did an interview with Oprah, where the duo threw the entire Royal family under the bus by accusing them of being “white supremacists.”
This did not sit well with Piers, who came out swinging against both Harry and Meghan.
However, some of his co-hosts didn’t agree with his attacks against opportunistic Meghan, and they called him out….and then his co-hosts explained the real reason why Piers dislikes Meghan – apparently, they hey used to be friends, and then Meghan dumped him – that sounds about right on-brand for her.
Piers got very angry over that and stormed off the stage.

It’s kind of ironic, while Piers’ co-hosts were trying to defend Meghan, they actually ended up proving what a self-centered, opportunistic user she is.
Meghan clearly used Piers for whatever she needed and then when she was done, she cast him aside.
Lookout Harry, this will happen to you, as well.
